It is a simple yet effective accessorie to stabilise all camera sliders mounted by there centre mount at a single tripod configuration! No more need to support your slider with two tripod or lightstand at the ends to perform a rock solid full lenght slide.
You still have the multi angle freedome, yet installing and removing the side-support between re-configuring your sliding shot, going from tripod mounted shots to stand alone sliding shots and back again on the tripod is now a quick second. Also, incase you like to tilt your slider while you move your camera alonge the rail the magnetic ball joints let you do that while it still provide you the stability. This joints provide approximatelly 5kg / 11lbs pull force, yet removing the side-support-bar from its position is simple and effortless.: just hold the joint in your palm and simply flick the ball-joint sideways with your tumb. its already disengaged.
This side-support is a standard accesorie with all Wood-Comp camera sliders, but it's highly adviced to purchase this to your existing 3rd pary branded camera slider.

.... adjustable lenght side-support bar with built in extremly strong permanenet magnets. to set the lenght and lock, just.. "twist - adjust - twist"
